* We view each vendor as a valuable asset and work with them in providing products and service of the highest quality to our members.
* SOS receives no rebates or commissions from any vendor. We request that SOS members honor the special pricing received from SOS vendors. We do not want you to use the special pricing to bargain a better price with existing vendors not approved by SOS.
* We will evaluate existing vendors and serve as an advocate for our members to solve any problems with selected vendors.
* SOS will research a vendor or particular service as requested by its members. This information will be attained through vendor meetings and member surveys.Results will be reported back to the members.
