Tim Sanz oversees & coordinates with FISD transportation department the implementation of district wide transportation fleet policy & procedures. Maintain equipment inventory, boiler/machinery, and related databases. Conduct FISD auctions as needed.
He also coordinates property insurance program; gathering field data, construction data, or technical information relating to, property inventory, valuations, coverage and losses. Issue property loss reports to FISD facilities staff as needed.
Tim participates in the preparation of environmental permits required by federal, state, and local regulatory and governmental agencies for existing and newly constructed facilities and associated environmental control systems

Involved in most environmental and loss control aspects as it related to the educational and commercial environments, Tim performed asbestos management planning, & numerous other loss control inspections throughout 400+ school districts within the state of Texas. Other major responsibilities included 100+ Indoor Air Quality Investigations, Lead Inspections & Risk Assessments on such issues as drinking water, soil and paint. Integrated pest management compliance audits performed, records compiled and reviewed in order to maintain compliance with Structural Pest Control Board Regulations. While working at TASB he was an instructor in the Environmental Compliance Seminars for school districts, which are held quarterly in various locations across the state.
